VALUE ENGINEERING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

MG pioneered Value Engineering in IRAN and has so far held many seminars for the clients, manufacturing companies and university students.
At present there are 13 Project Mangers with Associate Value Specialist (AVS)degree working in MG. We have combined Value Engineering studies with Risk Management and all projects are subject to Value Engineering at least two times, i.e.
at the onset of the project and before it is delivered to the clients. So far we have studied more than 30 projects and as a result, have saved up to US$ 167 million.
Some 150 project managers have passed the module one and two E-Learning course on project management provided by Prime Learning Company, Ireland, getting ready for the PMP exam.
