Company.

To
date, the company has studied and designed more than 200
large dams, and supervised construction of more than 45
dams, 16 of which have been completed and are in operation.
The total installed capacity of hydropower projects
studied and designed by
MG
is more than 8000 MW, the largest being the Karun III Power Plant
with an installed capacity of 2000MW. The detailed
design and construction supervision of Karun III
were performed in collaboration with Acres International
Ltd.
MG has also designed irrigation and drainage networks for more
than 2.7 million ha of land. along with about
10.000 km
of water supply pipeline and 7.000 km2 of sewage network.
Among
other services rendered by
MG are EIA studies of more than
40 projects; geodetic monitoring of large structures
using classic and satellite observations, preparation of
cadastre maps, topographic maps as well as hydrographic
maps of dam reservoirs.
